When I left New Zealand one of the hardest things was leaving my best friends Lucy and James. Life without them seemed unnatural. On the evening before my departure Lucy presented me with two cat pillows so startling, creepy and amazing that I nearly wept with joy. Lucy had hand made them herself so they were filled with all her love and clever cute craftiness. They also sneakily stole my computer and loaded up my desktop folder with pictures of them and aforementioned Lucy and James. The pictures popped up on my screen one day when I was feeling particularly homesick making me feel so much better. I am so lucky to have Lucy and James and Lucy and James in my life!
